Sushi Kozy will be led by Chef Paul Ko, who has over 17 years of experience as a sushi chef.
His journey took him to Uchi in 2017, where he spent the last seven years mastering his craft, quickly rising through the ranks to become the head sushi chef.
The name Sushi Kozy is inspired by Chef Ko's last name, inviting guests into a cozy and welcoming dining atmosphere.
At the heart of the restaurant is a deep respect for tradition and craftsmanship, with each dish meticulously prepared with care and attention to detail.
Offering an upscale Kaiseki-inspired Omakase, the Prix Fixe menu highlights seasonal ingredients and the artistry of Japanese cuisine.
